First of all, lets pray and thanks unto our God, Allah SWT who has been giving us mercies and blessings, so we can gather and attend in this place in a good condition and happy situation.
Second, my shalawat and salam always be given to our prophet, Muhammad SAW. The best man in the world, who has guided us from the Jahiliyah era to the Islamiyah era namely Islamic Religion to the better future.
Now, in front of you all, i'll deliver my speech with under tittle :
"The Negative Effect Of Television In Our Life"
Television is a popular form of communication medium any household. It has also became an important part in our daily life to get many information and has contributed to the improvement of society. But, on the contrary, I think television give very much bad effect to the viewers.
First, based on the recent research, almost peoples of all ages use this media to entertain themself for an average 5 hour a day. Of course, it is influence the viewers not only to their thinking, but also to their attitudes. Now, you can see many criminalities are inspired from the scene of TV.
Second, people can be adversely influence by constant watching TV. They less participate in physical and social activities, spend less time reading and working, and see a work of violence that give effect to their feeling and security.
The last, commercial advertisement can be kind of brain washing. Physiologically, the advertisement will create people images about one product, and no wonder if they easier to remember the motto/slogan of advertisment, than to retrieve the information that they have learned.
So, based on my explanation above, it is so clear that television will be kind of monster if we cannot manage it well. It is very important for us, to handle and manage the presence to watch TV, to avoid the negative effect especially for children and young generation.
